Description – We have completed multiple safety upgrades and provided consultation and the subsequent engineering & installation services for a range of systems. These include a full safety upgrade on a 400Ton Automatic Hydraulic Press with SIL 4, PL e Safety Rating. SIL (Safety Integrated Level) & PL (Performance Level)and a large end of line conveyor system with multiple zones of Light Curtains, Pull Chords, Guard Switches and the associated Upstream / Downstream Controls. We also have provided Integrated Safety or Motion Control Systems, using STO (Safe Torque Off), SLS (Safe Limited Speed – ‘Jog’ Speed) or SLT (Safe Limited Torque)
